Also, you might be interested to know that I am writing a report for my MA at the moment that includes reflective writing with relation to my work over the last six months. The discussion we had on Friday about writing Personal Development Plans and reflecting upon them regularly is rattling around my mind.

By now you should have completed you SWOT analysis (strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats) of your career aspirations/ideas for the future/current skills and be well on the way to completing a Personal Development Plan for the remainder of the year (hopefully with some long term aspirations in there too).

Bring them in with you on Friday if you haven't already posted them to your blog - I would like to talk to you all individually about the ideas you have.
